I’ve heard a LOT of really good things about this place, and therefore felt duty bound to include them if this is the kind of holiday you’re after. There are quite a few different accommodation options on offer here, and I’m not entirely sure which of the options I should be recommending, it really depends on what your needs are. All of these self-catering luxury homes do look very tastefully put together. I hear from very trustworthy sources that the food at the on-site restaurant is great, and the location is stunning, and it just has a really good vibe. So I feel I can confidently recommend this place if you want to get away for a ‘close to the water’ holiday in Scotland. BTW, Ed Sheeran recently holidayed here, so it must be good! But seriously, their Hot Box sauna has become legendary. There’s a smoothie/cocktail bar outside, and a slide that hurls you straight into the Loch and a water trampoline. I love this mix of therapy and fun. Exactly what a holiday SHOULD be. Also, here’s what they say about their watersports centre – ‘Grab a picnic and get out on Loch Tay in one of our fishing boats. Or maybe you fancy a spot of kayaking or canoeing. We also offer stand up paddle boards, if you are looking for something different and the most exciting addition to our watersports centre is our brand new 8 metre wide water trampoline to bring out the big kid in you.’ This place is perfect for a family holiday, or any kind of group holiday.
